Upon receiving a confirmation email from Soporella, customers have 24 hours to request a full refund. Any subsequent requests after that time period will no longer be accepted unless an issued Soporella ticket is refused as an illegitimate method of acceptance.
*Please note that valid ID is required from the ticket purchaser, if you are declined entrance due to the failure of producing ID then this cannot be tolerated as a refundable cause.
Customers purchasing through Soporella will receive their E-ticket via email.
We then ask the ticket holder to print out their E-ticket and present it along with the credit card used to complete the purchase. The customer should present their E-ticket to a Big Bus uniformed member of staff, at the preferred boarding point. The member of staff will exchange the E-ticket for a valid ticket to travel.
- Alternatively customers can provide a valid photo ID of the 'Lead Traveler', whose name is printed on the E-ticket.
- The Big Bus Company reserves the right to refuse any E-tickets presented without either credit card or photo ID.
